Gerald Roache
A proud graduate of Penn State University Advertising Gerald Roache discovered his passion for storytelling early on. His writing journey began in college and evolved into an professional career, including his first published work—an advertisement for National Liberty Life Insurance company. Gerald later went on to senior positions at several Madison Avenue ad agencies. After opning his own advertising agency, Gerald wrote the single most successful commercials shatterins sales in television history, showcasing his remarkable creativity in advertising.
In addition to his work in advertising, Gerald has also ventured into children’s literature. He is the author of a delightful children’s book about a lovable dog named Shamus, written to spark giggles and inspire young readers. Known for his unique ability to uncover the “twist” in every story, Gerald specializes in finding offbeat angles and perspectives that make his characters and narratives stand out.
Drawing inspiration from life experiences, baseball, jazz, and the timeless works of literary greats like Ernest Hemingway, Gerald’s writing invites readers of all ages to laugh, think, and see the world in new ways.
